Impressive run of Edwardian oak stacking office bookcases by the Globe Wernicke Co. c.1910. 18 bookcase sections of graduated heights with Wernicke’s patented lift and slide door mechanism. Shown here as three 79″ tall stacks with six sections to each, they can of course be easily reconfigured to stand in any arrangement you desire. Excellent quality, with solid oak sides, shaped cornice pieces and plinths. Original metal braces, brass knobs and Globe Wernicke labels. Very good colour and condition.
