A superb Victorian Silver Basket on Pedestal, by Elkington & Co, Retail Liverpool.The Bowl is elaborately engraved all over the inside with Symbol for 'Toujours Fidele' in the bottom. It has a lovely Swing Handle. Full English Sterling Hallmarks in base for Birmingham 1872. It measures 34cms long x 26cms x 10cms high (excl.Handle) It weighs 34.07 Troy Ounces.(1060 GRAMMES) The condition is excellent. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
