SOMETHING BLUE GIFT something old vintage Stratton powder compact enamel 1950s compact mirror

Ideal as your something blue gift - a 1950s enamel Stratton powder compact. The lid is in good condition with lustrous cobalt blue enamel & an enamel scene - two swans near a reed bed their reflections visible too. Everything you would expect from a mid-century Stratton accessory - well made & beautiful. All clasps & hinges work well. The mirror gives a very good reflection - a few age tiny subtle age spots on the mirror that do not spoil the enjoyment of this lovely old compact. The base is decorated with the fine spiral. Measures 3" & weighs 93.3 grams.
