A silver plated timepiece carriage antique clock, originally retailed by Mappin & Webb.. It has a four panel bevel edge glass case with side columns and a loop handle an oval top window. The white enamel dial is signed by the original retailer, Mappin & Webb, London.The 8 day movemnet has a lever platform escapement. (France, c. 1890)
