A stunning cased set of six fruit or desert knives and forks mad from Sheffield silver plate and Mother of Pearl with exquisitely decorated terminals and ferrules.

The front of each knife and fork is engraved and the full makers marks can be found for Hammond Creake and Co., dating to c.1890 The mark SAC into a trefoil stands for Saint Arnaud Creake.

The mahogany case has done it's job of keeping them safe and in excellent condition, minor wear commensurate with age.

Each knife measures 8 1/2", the fork measures 7 1/4" the case measures 9 3/4" x 7 1/4" x 2 1/4".
