A fine quality set of four French side chairs in walnut and gilt. The chairs are all solid walnut of good colour and figuring and each is beautifully carved and gilded on the carving in the the Louis fifteenth style. The chairs are all upholstered on the seats and backs and have sprung seats as salon chairs. The upholstery is old but in good condition and usable. The chairs are in excellent country house condition with some minor knocks but very firm and stable. The set are of excellent quality and have a wonderful French chateau look. C.1870.

Where charges are made for delivery we try to be as cost effective as possible on your behalf. Deliveries can be organised all over the world so please do ask wherever you are.
