Royal Doulton salt-glaze stoneware vase c1925. Raised stippled design with stylised art nouveau applied design of leaf and fruits repeated (x5) around vase. Attractive blue/green colour to body with olive green above and deep ochre to inside of neck. The vase is 28 cm in height. Incised Royal Doulton mark as used 1922-1956. Signed EB (Ethel Beard Senior Assistant 1890 to 1930's). Pattern number 8425.
This vase is in perfect original condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. Salt-glazing naturally produced a stippled effect on the finished colour. Please see further images on our website as these form an important part of the description. Viewing welcomed - please contact us in advance.
