Regency Flower Encrusted Coalbrookdale Style Vase
Stunning early 19th century English porcelain flower encrusted twin handled vase in the Coalport/Coalbrookedale style, c.1830 and is a lovely example of this type. Superbly formed flowers and foliage in bright fresh colours. Each side has a reserve finely painted with a landscape of a castle on one side and small cottage on the other. Set on a scrolled base with lemon and rose enamels and the whole ornately gilded.
It measures 11" high, 5 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep. Condition is excellent with only minimal small chips to the petal tips and a small flake to the roof of the cottage. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
