A fine Pinxton bowl with a gilded rim. The border is decorated in stylised floral imagery interspersed with gilded leaves. A gilded band and some further gilding to the foot finish the piece. This is a rare pattern, number 301 and can be found listed in CB Sheppards Pinxton book page 115.
