A rare survivor! A very large solid oak industrial wall antique clock, dating to the Mid 19th Century. It has a thick sectioned turned outer rim and a 24 inch painted enamel dial, with counterpoised moon hands. The dial is signed Howlett, Cheltenham who is listed as a working clockmaker 1830-1879. This antique clock was converted to electricity many years ago, but has now been fitted with a quartz high torque movement.

Condition
In excellent condition and working order, the new movement is guaranteed for 12 months. We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
