Really good decorative pair of 1930’s frosted glass lamps with lovely bulbous glass bodies and the remnants of their original gilt stand on pierced and bronze effect bases which also have a wonderfully aged feel to them.
Cleaned and buffed, re wired too so they are really to use.
I have shown them with the yellow linen 16’’ diameter French drum shade for examples and to give a sense of proportion, but they are not included as just for my photography!
Good condition, no cracks to the frosted glass.
Measuring:
29 1/2 inches or 75 cm to the top of example shade
19 1/2 inches or 49.5 cm to the bulb holder
8 inches or 20 cm² bases
6 1/2 inches or 16.5cm diameter body Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
