This is a beautiful pair of silk needlework pictures of 2 British stately homes Whitton Place and Langley Park. They are beautifully presented in near matching gilt frames, both date to around the middle of the 19th Century. The verre eglomise mounts have beautiful hand written gilt titles. Langley Park is the slightly larger of the two, the image is 27.5cm x 16.5cm and the frame is 39.5cm x 31cm.
Condition.

The are some issues with these pictures. Both have faded and the images and backgrounds have a slightly sepia tone. Whitton Place has a large tear and a smaller one in the sky part of the image.

We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
