Pair Torchere Stand - Lions Paw Feet - c1830
A fine and desirable pair of torchere stands in solid brass.

With three legged base featuring lions paw feet below a classically detailed cast lower plate. Rising through a bulbous mount to a square section reeded column below a triple turned neck finishing with a crust edged top. A solid perimeter gallery offers a generous lip and allows the top to be personalized with a textile inner if so required.

This pair are presented in excellent condition and stand solidly. The quality of the pieces is demonstrated in the weight of each and the fine casting throughout.
