This is a wonderful original woodcut print by Fernand Chalandre (1879 – 1924), it depicts houses on a steep hill with flight of steps in the centre and was created around 1925. It is signed in pencil bottom right by F. Chalandre. The image is 17.5cm x 10.5cm and the frame is 34.5xcm x 26.5cm.

Condition.

The condition is good. We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
