Annora Spence Limited Edition Screen Print
An artist signed and number limited edition screen print entitled 'Walking the Pig' number 42 of 250 by Annora Spence. This is from 1994, quite early on in her specialisation in art prints, but is very much her recognisable and well-established signature style which has that enduring quality associated with all good artworks.
This is a good-sized image, it won't be lost on any wall, it measures overall frame 72 cm by 78 cm and the image 42 cm wide by 46 cm high.
The frame and glazing are high quality art gallery standard (originally from the Forest Gallery Fine Art) it is all in ready to hang condition.
Artist details:
(B. 1963 -) Annora Spence studied during the 1980's in printed textiles first at Liverpool Polytechnic and moved to Birmingham Polytechnic to complete her masters in the subject.
After completing her studies, she worked as a freelance artist and designer then in 1990 she concentrated on her career as a painter and subsequently has enjoyed sell-out shows in London and abroad. She has been making silkscreen prints with CCA Galleries since 1994, with each new edition selling out in record time. Humour has always been a significant ingredient in her work, and she tries to bring this out in the way she manipulates figurative images and characters, developing a storyline around them as she goes along. Buchanan and Laing Galleries are a private client business. Appointments can be made by arrangement via email.
The Company is a distance selling business and as such abides by all current HM Government consumer regulations that apply to pre-owned, second hand, antique items sold online.
We welcome purchases from all over the world, however, we do not take any responsibility or pay for import charges and taxes that non UK purchasers may accrue.
