Quite a rare find. A revolving desk chair with a difficult to get recline action. In excellent condition, all re French polished and just reupholstered in an expensive thick antique finish hide with a a proper close studding. (NOT that nasty studding on a strip). Possibly American, this chair from the early part of the last century, has a shaped back for comfort and nicely turned spindles in the arms.
