Oak Cased Longcase Clock
A superb square brass faced longcase clock by William Avenell of Alresford, Hampshire c1760. Having a nice simple oak case with columns either side of the dial and a raised pediment above. The movement is a five pillar 8-day which has been fully restored and is offered in a fully working condition. The dial is decorated with engraved doves and olive branches.
