Edwardian walnut bookcase c.1910. Useful narrow proportions, just a fraction over 3 feet wide at the cornice. In two pieces with a glazed bookcase top with three adjustable shelves over a two door cupboard base with two drawers in the waist. Moulded cornice, tram track carved detail and original decorative brass handles, hinges and escutcheon plates. Solid oak drawer linings. With a maker/retailer’s label for Edwards of Bayswater in the left hand drawer. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
