Charming little miniature walnut longcase clock c.1900. Fine 18th.c. style case, just 64″ tall and 12″ wide. Crisp moulded cornice to the hood and faux columns front and rear. Slim body with beautifully figured burr walnut veneers to the front and sides with inlaid stringing. Good quality eight day brass fusee works with the original pendulum. Brass face with separate engraved chapter ring and cherub spandrels. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. The works have been cleaned and overhauled and are sold with a 12 month guarantee.
