This Stunning Large 19th Century Pine Domed Top Mule Chest is in a lovely clean condition inside and out, with Handmade Dovetailed constructed side Panels into ends fitted with Black Cast iron Handles, Brass Escutcheon and fitted with Two Drawers also of Dovetailed Construction, with Wooden turned Knob Handles below the main trunk. The Lid is constructed of a 3 Planked domed top with a brass chain stay that was fitted at a later date. The chest shows some old worm holes, now dead, which were treated some time back, thus adding character and charm to this much sought after chest.
