This is a Mahogany longcase clock with a "London Style" Pagoda case. Eight day striking movement on a bell, with seconds and calendar rings. Rocking Ship "Automata" in the arch.
Brass dial signed Thomas Nevill of Bristol, clockmaker between 1781-1818, son of William Nevill, a clockmaker around 1765. Both listed in Baillie's watch and clcokmakers of the world.
