Articles of Agreement Document between Thomas Sisum of the Parish of St Paul Covent Garden in the County of Middlesex and Bartholomew Smith of the Parish of St Clemont Danes in the Country of Middlesex.(now London). Bartholomew Smith for the consideration of £20.00 pounds to be paid on quarter days to Thomas Sisum for the rental of a Dwelling House, Coachhouse, Stable with Rooms and Chambers. Attached is an Inventory of goods and chattles included in the rental. The document is dated September 1679.(the reign of Charles II). Is hand written on hand made paper. Slight loss to the Initial letter of the word 'Imprimie'. There is the Seal of Bartholomew Smith at the base.
