Handwritten onto Vellum Scottish Notarial Instrument dated 1st of March 1513 in the Reign of James IV of Scotland, on behalf of John Edmonston of Part of the Land of Edmonston in Midlothian, in the Regality of the Monastery of Dunfermline, granted to John Edmonston.
33 Lines in Latin plus testing clause. Has the very fine Notary's Mark of Alexander Young, Notary Public.
