Liverpool Longcase Clock made by W Barr, C1820. Typical Liverpool Case made from Mahogany with full pillars and boxed with decoration and floral painted panels to the top of the hood. Sitting on OGEE bracket feet with cantied corners to the base.
8 day movement with centre swept calendar hand and a seconds subsidery dial and moon roller above, with 2 moon faces painted along with a ship and a house. All in perfect working order. Had a full service in 2008 but it has been through our workshop and checked out. There is also an old valuation certificate for insurance purposes from 1979, valued then at £950 which of course would be much more money now.

Please call to arrange a viewing. We have been dealing in antiques for over 4o years and gained a vast amount of knowledge. We carry out research for most of our items giving our customers some history to their purchases.
We welcome collections especially clocks because of their delicate nature, however delivery can always be arranged.
Our business has recently been relocated to Horncastle from Scotland where we were known as West Bay Homes and Antiques changing our name due to location.
