Rare German lenzkirch jewelled pallet deadbeat escapement precision regulator. In a very elegant slim walnut case mirrored butterfly backboard arched front door glass sides to see the movement working. Silvered dial sweep second original hands. Retailed by w.tucker & sons of Bristol. Has its original date label. October 12 1894. Which ties with the serial number very heavy gridiron pendulum and original weight the front door also has a original lock extremely high quality 8 day single weight deadbeat movement I haven’t seen a example with a jewelled pallet also on the plates. High pinion count 5 spoke wheels. All stripped cleaned.
