Circa 1880, large Victorian open bookcase – top section with 5 divisions and 5 fixed shelves each, below there is 5 divisions with 1 fixed shelf each. Bookcase is made of yellow pine, the top has moulded cornice, the shelves are flush with fore edge, the counter is flat with moulded fore edge, standing on a squat enclosed plinth. Back is slatted with tongue and groove boards. Wonderful open bookcase with great potential in a kitchen or for a retailer. Disassembles into base, 2 pieces on the top and the cornice.
