Dating from circa 1725, this large and highly decorative Westerwald jug, stands 44 cm high.
It has a blue and grey decoration which is typical of stoneware of this period and is in remarkably good condition. It suffers from a small hairline crack in the interior of the top and a small half centimetre nick in the glaze to the body. Other than that, is has worn extremely well.

It is 44 cm (17.5") high and 26 cm (10.25"") across the waist. All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee.
