A good quality mahogany kidney shaped desk. Standing on square tapering legs with spade feet. This freestanding writing table has 5 flame mahogany veneered, bow fronted and cock beaded drawers, each inlaid with box wood and ebony stringing. Retaining it's original ornate brass handles. The shaped kneehole with further cockbeading. The replaced hand dyed tan leather writing surface with gold and blind tooling with cross banding and boxwood and ebony inlaid stringing . Good mellow patina. Solid oak drawer linings. Sizes- Width...42''...107cm. Height...30''...76.5cm. Depth...21''...53.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. £55.
