Inlaid burr walnut work or sewing table c.1870. 17″ diameter octagonal top with marquetry work inlays. Opens to reveal the original fitted interior with small compartments for bobbins etc around a central well for embroidery. Tapering body raised on a tripod base with shaped and carved legs in solid walnut. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
