Antique Georgian Oak Work Table c.1800
A characterful Georgian oak work table, the hinged top opening to a baize-lined interior, above a front arranged as false drawers, all raised on simple square legs.
A practical, understated late Georgian domestic piece, ideal for use as a small side table with discreet storage and equally well suited as a bedside table.
Good antique condition with plenty of attractive surface wear, a strong patina and some historic repairs. The baize is later and remains in good condition. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
