Good and large French cylinder bureau circa 1890. The gallery top inlaid with rampant griffins over a cylinder front enclosing three drawers and three further faux drawers, over a slide out leather inset writing surface. The frieze fitted with an arrangement of three drawers over tapered supports. This is an exceptionally well made bureau complete with the original keys, which activate a unique locking system.
