German 8-day Striking Wall Clock Vienna German wall clock
A nice German mahogany/ebonised wall antique clock. This piece features an 8-day mechanical movement with a strike which has been fully serviced and is in full working condition. The case is made of mahogany with fine ebonised turnings to the columns and finials, the pediment has a central horse motif with finials either side. The case is glazed to the front and sides so that the mechanism and pendulum can be viewed from all directions. The dial is white in colour with black Roman numerals in the chapter ring. circa 1900 JW-17
