A superb and early example of Constance Spry's mantle vase design in black, made at Fulham Pottery in the 1930's and now a much sought after decorators piece. More unusual is that this example comes with it's wire insert. Fully glazed and in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or nibbles ert, just one or two very light and hardly noticeable scratches Impressed FMA 2 to the base but difficult to photograph as fairly feint. A stunning and imposing example in top condition
