A French gilded brass cased striking carriage clock by Richard & Co, Paris. An enamel dial with blued steel hands and black Roman numerals, An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. Push button repeating. Movement backplate with Richard & Co stamped. A lever escapement. Circa 1895.
