A very attractive French vineyard wall antique clock. The shaped ebonised case surround is inlaid with mother of pearl and specimen woods and finished off with a walnut edging. The glass dial is painted in white with black Roman numerals, and signed LEBERT Chateau Du Loir. This antique clock has an 8-day mechanical movement striking on a gong and also features a repeat strike two minutes after the hour. The clock is in full working order. circa 1890
