A well proportioned French tortoiseshell mantel antique clock. Gilt bronze case mounts with side glass apertures and a visible Louis IV sunburst pendulum. An enamel dial with raised chapter ring. An 8-day duration mechanism by AD Mougin striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Circa 1885.
