A French brass cased striking carriage antique clock. A brass case with an enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. dentil cornice 'blockwork' to the handle, top and bottom mouldings. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. The original lever escapement. Circa 1895.
