This beautiful French spelter stauette, mantel clock, is not only practical, it is also a cultural and historical piece of art. Depicting a Woman of Industry, proudly holding aloft her 'Industrie' sign. The handpainted ceramic clockface is set in and onyx case. Circa late 19th century.
