French Boulle Tortoiseshell Mantel Clock
A French mantel antique clock with fine quality brass, mother of pearl and tortoiseshell inlays. An enamel dial with blue numerals and fine gilt hands signed by maker 'Hatton, Paris'. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell, engraved to the back plate 'Hatton'. Circa 1850.
