French 8 Day Striking Mantel Clock Circa 1880
A good and large French gilt mantel clock, The case cast with a courting couple, possibly a gentleman Gardner or musician and his companion.
The eight day movement striking the hours and half hours on a bell with a lovely mellow chime. Makers mark Bally, numbered 1069 on the movement and the bezel.
