Flight & Barr Queen Charlotte Worcester Coffee Can

We have for sale the perfect gift for the collector of 18th and early 19th century Worcester porcelain, a lovely Flight and Barr period Worcester Queen Charlotte pattern coffee can c1880.
This lovely fine Worcester coffee can is of a typical early shape with a standard Worcester ring handle decorated in the very distinctive Queen Charlotte pattern. The base of the coffee can carries an early Flight and Barr period impressed B mark to the base dating it to around 1800. This coffee can has excellent provenance in the form of a Christie's Auction House sticker applied to the base for their auction of the 16 September 2004, Auction No 9908, lot No 154.
The coffee can is just under 2.5 inches (6.4cm) high and is 2.4 (6cm) in diameter. The coffee can is in a good late 18th/early 19th century condition although there is some rubbing of the gilt along the rim of the coffee can and a small hairline to the handle.
