A fine quality and early example of a French carriage antique clock. A finely engraved case to the front, sides, back door and handle. An enamel dial with fine numerals and moon blued steel hands. Inner engraved dial masking. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Signed 'Perrin a Paris' below 6 on the dial and at the bottom of the backplate. Circa 1845.
