A fine quality Yorkshire Longcase antique clock with Eight day weight driven movement.
The case is wonderfully carved and inlaid with detailing and has a broken swan neck pediment atop.
The dial is painted with scenes of African animals etc and has rolling moon phase and the name Allott of Bradford who was working in the area between 1822-37.
The clock is fully working and keeping perfect accurate time and comes complete with original 'T' winder key and also key to main body door which also locks shut.
There is a crack in the glass but clock will be sold with a new piece fitted.
Size: 242 cm high x 62 cm wide x 26 cm deep.
