A mid Victorian walnut mantel antique clock, retailed by Camerer Kuss. It has a rectangular figured walnut case with line brass inlay. The white dial has a beaded brass bezel and is signed by the original retailer, Camerer Kuss of Oxford Street , London. It has an 8 day pendulum movement that strikes the hours and halves on a gong. The removable back has numerous repair labels dating to the 1890's.(Germany, c. 1870)
