Super looking with its shaped top and angled base, this 2 Drawer English oak bureau comes with its working lock and key and is a previous 1 owner piece and was cherished and enjoyed from new.

There are plenty of these around but this one elevates above many with its wonderful shape and neat proportions. As mentioned it survives in fine order with sensible day to day use, no repairs and a pleasing tone and grain to the oak. The two drawers with original pressed dropped handles are running smoothly and are neat inside. The drop down top sits fine and the original Rexine writing insert has a few historic marks but again looks right.
Ready to place and enjoy.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
