A Welsh fusee dial antique clock. A larger 14" painted dial signed 'Owen Edwards, Holyhead'. A mahogany case with concave and convex shaped moulding. A brass bezel surround. A quality fusee mechanism with tapered plates of 8-day duration. Circa 1850.

Owen Edwards worked at Aberffaw and Holyhead and is listed in Peates' 'Clock and Watchmakers in Wales' book from 1817-1879.
