Outstanding mahogany sectional bookcase with fabulous leaded glass doors. All sections including cornice and base can be lifted off with ease making transporting around easy. Each of the 4 graduating book sections have lift up slide away doors with original mechanism and mother of pearl and brass knob handles except 1 (the mother of peal is missing shown in picture) The long drawer in the base runs smooth and has brass and mother of pearl pull handles. Like all antique furniture there are some imperfections but nothing that detaches from the overall look of this solid bookcase. A stunning item with rich colouring and graining the perfect addition to any home / office.
