Ebonised Bobbin Turned Side Table
Lovely size and very decorative ebonised oak bobbin turned side table or lamp table, circa 1900.
Reeded sides to the table top which is a nice touch with the frieze supported by the bobbin turned stretcher base.
Great table and the ebonising finished with beeswax so it has a mellow glow.
Good condition, solid and secure.
Measuring:
22 1/4 inches or 56.5 cm high
20 inches of 51 cm wide
24 1/2 inches or 62 cm long Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
