An excellent burr walnut kidney shaped writing desk, or table, of generous proportions. Very well constructed in solid walnut with stunning burr walnut veneers. The kidney shaped top is fitted with a sumptuous tan coloured leather writing surface. To the body of the desk there is an arrangement of one long central drawer, flanked by 2 sets of shorter drawers. The drawers are lockable (key supplied). All standing on elegant cabriole legs of solid walnut with carved detailing to the knees and terminating in stylised feet. This desk is finished to the rear so could be free standing within a room if desired. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops to a very high standard. Now offered for sale in excellent overall condition with a great colour and patina.
