A charming dressing table and matching stool in the William and Mary style. Well made in solid oak with attractive burr walnut veneers. The shaped mirror is blemish free and is supported by scrolling cabriole uprights. The table itself has an arrangement of one long gently bow-fronted central drawer flanked by two pairs of shorter drawers. All drawers fitted with nice crisp brass handles with internal construction in solid oak. It stands on characteristic William and Mary style legs , united by x-frame under-stretchers. The stool is of matching configuration, it easily fits under the table for storage when not in use. We have had this item sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It is now offered for sale in excellent overall condition with a lovely mellow colour and patina.
